Day 2: Delhi to Mandawa

Journey to Shekhawati: After breakfast, begin your journey to Mandawa. The drive is approximately 250 km and will take around 5-6 hours. You will be traveling by private vehicle, allowing you to stop for photos or rest breaks.
Afternoon Exploration: Upon arrival and check-in at a heritage haveli-turned-hotel, you’ll embark on a walking tour of the town. Your local guide, a resident of Mandawa, will explain the significance of the intricate frescoes and murals that adorn the walls of the merchants’ homes. This walk directly supports local guides and promotes the preservation of this unique art form.

Day 3: Mandawa - The Open-Air Art Gallery

Deeper Immersion: Today is dedicated to a more in-depth exploration of Mandawa’s hidden gems. Continue your guided heritage walk, visiting some of the lesser-known havelis and courtyards, such as Hanuman Prasad Goenka Haveli and Murmuria Haveli, to appreciate their exquisite artwork.

Day 4: Mandawa to Bikaner

Travel to the Camel City: After breakfast, you’ll drive to Bikaner. The journey is about 190 km and takes approximately 4-5 hours. The drive will take you deeper into the desert landscape of Rajasthan.

Day 5: Bikaner to Jaisalmer

Journey to the Golden City: This is a long travel day. After breakfast, you will embark on a drive to Jaisalmer. The journey is about 330 km, and it will take approximately 6-7 hours. The landscape becomes more and more desert-like as you approach the city.
Arrival in the Golden City: Arrive in Jaisalmer in the late afternoon and check in to your heritage hotel or camp. Take the evening to relax and enjoy the desert atmosphere.

Day 6: Jaisalmer - Fort & Dunes

Perched on a hill, this fort offers stunning panoramic views of the blue city below. Day 8: Jodhpur to Khinwara

Visit Dhuree Village : Salawas is a small village situated approximately 22 km from Jodhpur, Rajasthan. It’s renowned for its traditional dhurrie (rug) craft, woven by skilled local artisans. ( 22 Kms from Jodhpur approx 45 mins )

Long Journey to the Pink City: Today is a significant travel day as you drive from Udaipur to Jaipur. The journey is approximately 400 km and will take around 7-8 hours. You’ll be crossing through a large part of Rajasthan, witnessing the changing landscapes.
Relaxed Evening: Arrive in Jaipur in the evening. Check in to your hotel and enjoy a free evening to rest and prepare for the next day’s exploration of the Pink City.

Day 12: Jaipur - Forts & Artisanry
