Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to book.
• Travellers under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, disclosed at booking.
• Children charges:
  
  • Above 3 years: chargeable
  • Age 5–11: may receive discounted rate (where applicable)
  • Age 12+: charged as adults

Accurate personal details (passport, visa, contact info, hotel details if not booked through us) must be provided. Supplying false or incomplete details may result in cancellation.

Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed only when written confirmation is issued and payments are received as per schedule:

• 25% – at booking (minimum 30 days before travel)
• 50% – 14 days before travel
• 25% – 1 day before travel

Accepted payments: Wise (including debit/credit cards), bank transfer, UPI.

Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.

Pricing & Availability

• Prices are confirmed once a deposit is received.
• If no deposit is made, prices may change due to supplier rate changes, taxes, exchange rates, or availability.
• In case of pricing or availability errors, Jamwai Journeys reserves the right to correct them. If discovered after booking, you may:
  
  • Accept the corrected price, or
  • Cancel and receive a full refund of affected components.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation 40 days or more before travel: 100% booking amount retained as credit for future travel or transferable to another traveler.
• Cash refunds are not provided once a booking is confirmed.
• Changes in dates or names are subject to availability, supplier rules, and any fare differences.
• No-shows or late arrivals are generally non-refundable.

Third-Party Services

Some services (airlines, hotels, transport, guides, etc.) are provided by third-party suppliers.

• Their own Terms & Conditions apply.
• Jamwai Journeys is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service quality, but we will support and facilitate solutions wherever possible.

Traveller Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Valid passports, visas, and permits
• Travel insurance (medical, trip cancellation, baggage, liability)
• Required vaccinations and health precautions
• Lawful behavior during travel (Indian law and local regulations)

Jamwai reserves the right to refuse service in case of unlawful or unsafe conduct.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and itineraries (text, images, designs, itineraries, logos) is the property of Jamwai Journeys. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

Liability & Force Majeure

• Jamwai Journeys is not liable for loss of luggage, delays, accidents, or third-party errors.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
• We are not liable for situations beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, etc.), but we will make best efforts to assist and facilitate alternatives.

Termination of Services

We may cancel or refuse services if:

• Payments are overdue
• False documents are provided
• Fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity occurs
• Safety or legal concerns arise

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• We encourage amicable resolution of disputes.
• If unresolved, disputes will be handled by arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, under Indian law.
• Jaipur courts shall have jurisdiction where applicable.

Miscellaneous

• Severability: If a clause is found invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable.
• Updates: Jamwai Journeys reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be effective upon posting on our website.
